In a few words ...
The Grenache Noir grapes from very old plots (75 to 110 years old) are vatted for 30 days, punctuated by daily punching down and pumping over. Aged for 12 months, 50% in 400- and 600-liter French oak barrels that have contained a vintage of white wines, and 50% in vats, it generously offers concentrated blackberry, redcurrant and raspberry aromas. Round, silky and persistent on the palate, with a soft finish.
