In the vineyard: cultivation is done without tractor or heat engine tools: no diesel. Portable power tools to professional battery painstaking manual labor. In the cellar: stemming, crushing, and thermo-regulated maceration. Matured in vats 10 months while the tannins soften and the aromatic complexity grows. My wine is environmentally friendly; in organic conversion, it has in addition a very low carbon footprint. Duration of guard: beyond 10 years. Vintage 2015 ranked among the 180 best wines of Languedoc in the Wine News magazine.
