The winemaker
Castle Teramas Astruc at the foot of the Pyrenees, consists of 50 hectares, including 25 located on naming Limoux. This terroir is unique in Languedoc, at the confluence of several climatic influences of which we note the key 2, the Mediterranean and the ocean. On the slopes of the Aude valley, Chardonnay reigns supreme, but the red varieties are not left out: pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, merlot and malbec.
