The winemaker

Since 2022, we've been based in the Minervois, a small region tucked between the Mediterranean and the Montagne Noire, where we make wines that reflect our wild, free-spirited nature. We work our vines with a minimum of inputs, supported by herbal teas - in short, nature cared for by nature. We work with breeders to graze sheep in our vineyards during the winter months. In the cellar it's the same: we shape our wines with the living, so there's room for spontaneity, the aim being to produce fermented grape juice without fuss! Marion: I've been working in the vineyards for ten years, and it's through meeting new people and gaining new experiences that I've developed a passion for vines and wine. Concerned with quality and originality, I observe and listen to the natural world around me, always working as closely as possible to it. It's the same in the cellar, a place where life is at work, so what could be better than to be at its service! Antoine: I helped Marion set up our business. I'm always eager to learn, and my passion: finding solutions to any problem! I'm meticulous in my work, and the winegrowing profession brings me a passion: never getting bored!
