In a few words ...

La Petite Cocotte is a blend of 50% 110-year-old Grenache and 35-year-old Merlot. Fermented in separate vats, the blend is aged in 220-liter oak barrels for no more than six months. It has the greed of a southern grape variety and the softness of great Merlot. Its freshness, uprightness, fine acidity and balance awaken the palate. Easy to drink, it is best served at 13°C.

The tannins are silky, giving way to a persistent finish of spice and vanilla notes.
