The winemaker

The Preceptorie (preceptorum domorum milicie Templi) or House (domus Templi) was an inhabited center, by a small community, which combined the three essential functions of: convent house, fortified post, farming estate. The estate was created by the association of three former cooperators from Maury and the younger generation from Domaine de la Rectorie, in Banyuls, who arrived in 2007 and now manage the estate. A sure value in the Roussillon region.
