The winemaker

The planting of the new Don (n) e is very traditional. It consists of predominantly Black Carignan, Grenache Black, Gray and White and Maccabeu. Almost all the vineyards was formed by grafting up on R110 in early 1960. This slot grafting technique enables better implementation of the foot on the unsophisticated and low soil fertility. It will be given to the last style in 2017 with the grafting planned a plot of Olby with grafts of Carignan, gray and white (75 acres).
