THE HILLTOP VILLAGE OF MONTPEYROUX
IS THE BIRTHPLACE OF THE CHADRONNIER FAMILY.
On the "Pontys" hillside, adjacent to the family home, a parcel of vines
of less than 1.75 hectares was planted in 2002,
where other generations of Chadronnier had once planted,
then uprooted, then replanted vines.
On this clay-limestone terroir, in the southern sunshine, Merlot,
is complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon.
