In a few words ...
Overlooking the village of Aubussargues, this Viognier is nestled at the top of a limestone hill in the garrigue on which it feeds. Broom, thyme, laurel and arbutus give it a powerful nose. On the palate, its suppleness precedes the gradual awakening of spices, a taste of pure garrigue and, finally, peach and apricot with an exotic touch. A wine for pleasure.
