The winemaker
The French Beaches Story
The founder of the French Beaches brand, Christophe Kaczmarek, displays the ambition to partner with talented producers, certified in organic and biodynamic agriculture. He works in partnership with winemakers, in order to accompany them in the making of their wine cuvée, but also beers or spirits.
It was during his studies at the Paris Business School that Christophe Kaczmarek discovered a passion for wine. Having joined the school's junior enterprise, he participated in the foundation of the "Composer of great wines" project on behalf of Bernard Magrez, a famous Bordeaux businessman in oenology, founder of the "Groupe Bernard Magrez", an important owner of great international vineyards.
Christophe Kaczmarek then began his career at the Parisian wine shop Le Repaire de Bacchus. Then, he joined the Paul Màs estate, before joining the Castel group.
In 2015, Christophe Kaczmarek left Castel and embarked on the adventure of entrepreneurship by creating two structures Coq au vin and French Beaches. He officiates for the first as an export agent for a dozen winemakers, while French Beaches allows him to produce his own vintages.
French Beaches is unique in that it reasons like a blended whiskey that blends several nectars. The quality of each cuvée is the result of blending different productions from selected plots from its winemaking partners. Like a perfumer, Christophe Kaczmarek tastes the different productions and selects those whose combination will create an exceptional wine.
