This cuvée pays homage to Émile, the 3rd generation of our winegrowing family, who planted the nearly century-old Carignan and Cinsault vines that we continue to cultivate today with ancestral know-how. The identity of this wine is all the stronger and more assertive with a final vinification and ageing of one year in amphora.
