This LE 1ER rosé is made exclusively by bleeding Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre grapes. This technique produces a wine with a very light "rose petal" color, fruity aromas of white peach, exotic fruit and subtle floral notes. It is aged for 5 months in vats.
