The winemaker

The Réty area covers an area of ​​2 hectares facing the Canigou or vines with an average age of 20 were planted on gravelly ridges of the appellation. Between the rigors of mountain foothills of the Pyrenees and the Massif Central, in the gentle shores of the Mediterranean, the contrasts are many. The weather conditions are ideal for the proper development of the vine. The Réty Domain works in the respect for tradition and has set the guideline quality. Three grape varieties are divided the area: Grenache Noir, end variety and elegant, with notes of red fruits, Syrah, that gets better with time, with as different flavors from red fruit, licorice and violet aromas truffle and leather, and Mourvèdre grape edge of the Mediterranean gives a robust wine, appreciated for its tannins and spice aromas. It contributes to the development of childcare wines. Convinced that the quality is born from the convergence of nature and of man, Patrick Réty listens wine that rises and brings all the necessary care quality This objective has been rewarded for his first vintage by 2 stars in the guide Hachette 2015 and a gold medal at the 2015 competition of the independent winegrowers. And in 2017 the area gets 3 STARS IN GUIDE HACHETTE 2018 WINE!
