Land and vineyards of the Ollier-Taillefer estate
In 2020, Florent becomes the sixth generation to join the Domaine Ollier-Taillefer adventure. Certified organic since 2012, the vineyard covers almost 38 hectares in the heart of the Faugères PDO (Languedoc). Domaine Ollier-Taillefer's schist soils are the source of the exceptional quality of the wines produced here. The vines are all south-facing, allowing them to soak up the sun's rays.
The wines of Domaine Ollier-Taillefer
