The winemaker
All wines are vinified in the family winery. Most of the grape varieties used to produce the wines are emblematic of the Languedoc, adapted to a demanding terroir but also to particular climatic conditions. The grape varieties grown at Domaine Martinolle-Gasparets are numerous: Carignan Noir, Syrah, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Cinsault, Mourvèdre. Some are even used in mutage with Eaux de Vie to produce Vins de Liqueur. Several of our wines have won medals in renowned competitions.
