The winemaker

Our 6-hectare estate has several activities to its credit, our core business of course, viticulture and the creation of organic wines. We also have a craft brewery to develop Corbières beers, of course! The Domaine also houses three guest rooms, inaugurated in 2012, and occasionally offers table d'hôte service with produce from the kitchen garden! Protecting the flora and fauna in our vineyards, but also in our kitchen garden where we grow hops for our beers, olive trees and saffron, is essential. Preserving the ecosystem is part of our philosophy. Our approach is based on permaculture. We also own 3 donkeys and 3 sheep who are free to roam the vineyards all winter, mowing the grass. Far from being a straightforward story, Sylvie was never destined to become a winemaker in the first place. She used to be a laboratory technician, but a few years later specialized in oenology. Not so Laurent, her husband, who was born among the vines. In a way, he fell into the pot, or rather the vat...
