Located on the schist slopes of the Saint-Chinian PDO in Languedoc, Domaine La Lauzeta cultivates its vines organically. It produces small vintages of typical wines based on real know-how. The magnificent, gnarled old vines of Domaine La Lauzeta cover 23 hectares of schist slopes, between 200 and 300 meters above sea level, with naturally low yields due to the inhospitable nature of the soil. The result is 3 crus: La Lauzera, Mezura and Jauzimen.
