The winemaker

Domaine La Clausade is a new winery located in the south of France, in Mauguio (34). We specialize in the production of organic wines from resistant grape varieties. We pay particular attention to respect for the land and for people. In fact, we use vine varieties that are naturally resistant to the most common vine diseases (mildew, powdery mildew)! Floréal, Artaban, Muscaris... more than 80% of the estate's 16 hectares are planted with resistant grape varieties, enabling us to practise treatment-free viticulture in the service of biodiversity! Our DEMETER-certified, bio-dynamic vineyards receive no sulfur or copper, just sun and water! Our aim: to let the vines express themselves, to take advantage of the uniqueness of our grape varieties and their new aromas, and to offer organic wines against the current.
