The winemaker

Owned by the Parcé family, Jean Michel now presides over the destiny of the most beautiful vineyard in the department. At the time, Gaston and then André Parcé, doctors, gave impetus to the estate by representing Banyuls and Collioure wines in the catering trade. Today, Jean Michel, guarantor of the family tradition, has continued to vinify and mature dry Collioure appellation wines and sweet Banyuls appellation wines since 1976, respecting the tradition handed down. In fact, he is the only one to continue to maintain a genuine Soléra, initiated in 1925 by his grandfather, and named today: Sostréra. Modernist though they are, new cuvées have been born, more suited to today's tastes. The estate's vinegars, which have always been made and aged in oak casks, have also found their place on tables the world over. Following the discovery of a parchment, Alchemical vinegar: Essencia took us back to the past. With Quality as his spearhead, Jean Michel Parcé continues his research into new cuvées, wine - Fleur de sel combinations, and the recultivation of the estate's old olive groves for the production of Banyuls olive oil. The winery, located in Banyuls at 9 Av du Gal de Gaulle, opens its doors for you to discover and taste the nectars produced by : Domaine du Mas Blanc Visits and tastings: daily, Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. Except weekends and public holidays. A must-see.
