The winemaker

The name "Joncas" comes from a small canyon at the foot of Mount St. Baudille and bordering the biggest piece of the field Joncas. In this canyon just below the plot, there is the cave of fairies who have considered the cradle of Joncas vintages. The winemakers of the area began a career in business but their desires return to the sources, they radically changed careers. They settled in Montpeyroux with the desire to develop quality wines in harmony with the land. The estate is biodynamic and has been rewarded numerous awards (Silver Medal at the Challenge Millésime Bio medalist at Decanter World Wine Awards, ...)
