The winemaker

Installed in Fabrezan for more than 20 years, we have, with my husband, was "contaminated" by the "virus" wine and "skipped the step" in 2002; this operation acquired in the state of abandonment, was named "Domain Cerbier," the name of a plot of Carignan planted in 1921. "Lo cerbo" means in Occitan, water reserve, and there was a well ... but three lovely mountain ash are found at this location: surrounded parcels called "the fig tree", "abalone", it would be possible "the cerbier" is a transformation of mountain ash in the local dialect ... a lawyer by training, my notions of management and accounting do not seem to have been too much to address this new business or versatility is required.
