Farmed organically, the 30-hectare vineyard is spread over the rugged terrain of the Cévennes foothills. In this schist terroir, the vines must dig deep into their roots to live and produce the estate's great wines.

The Domaine des Prés Lasses grapes are harvested by hand, while the wine is aged in oak barrels and raw concrete vats. Everything is calculated to perfection to produce great vintages.
