Villeneuve Pic-Saint-loup, an exceptional estate
In 1994 Pic Saint-Loup was recognized as a denomination of the AOC coteaux du Languedoc. Thanks to the efforts of passionate winegrowers, AOP Pic-Saint-Loup came into being in January 2017 making this its first vintage. The estate has been in the winemaking family for several generations. Anne-Lise Fraisse took over in 2005.
Les terres de Villeneuve Pic-Saint-Loup
The vineyards are planted on clay-limestone slopes with south, south/east exposure. The production area covers some forty hectares, with an average yield of 38 hectoliters per year. The vines have everything it takes to produce great wines. The estate's reputation is built on its marked natural environment. It benefits from a unique relief, a humid microclimate and summer temperatures.

The terroir offers a wide range of reds, whites and rosés. Both varietal and terroir wines can be enjoyed. Villeneuve Pic-Saint-Loup wines are characterized by freshness and fruit aromas. The richness of the soil means that a wide variety of grape varieties can be grown.
