The winemaker
The Domaine de l'Edre terroir: an ideally sunny area in Vingrau
The Domaine de l'Edre vineyards stretch over a 10-hectare site in Vingrau. The clay-limestone soils and natural exposure to the sun ensure that the vines grow harmoniously and ripen beautifully. The winemakers perfect their art through green harvesting, plot-by-plot selections and hand-picking. Strict sorting in the vineyard and cellar results in healthy, long-macerated cuvées.
Domaine de l'Edre wines: quality bottles and bewitching aromas
Among the Domaine's finest bottles, "l'Edre 2017" has a full, velvety texture. It is blended with Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre grapes. Maturation over 18 months results in a creamy color and a definitively delicious, fruity taste. As for "Carrément Mourv'èdre 2020", it's as dapper as it is warm: a great option for a family cocktail party or a picnic for two.
