The winemaker
The uniqueness of Causse de la Selle, a karstic plateau at the northern end of the southern wine-growing region, is expressed in cuvées that are vertical, airy, silky and richly nuanced.
In the spirit of an independent winemaker, Domaine de Brunet welcomes you every day to Causse de la Selle, between Saint Guilhem le Désert and Ganges, Saint Jean de Buèges and Saint Martin de Londres, Pic Saint Loup and Seranne.
Serge and Marc Coulet - trained as oenologists - and their team of winemakers are now committed to bottling the purest expression of this unspoilt region. Faithful to the farmhouse where they have always lived, they continue the interpretation of the Terrasses du Larzac terroir initiated by their parents, and put the best modern means at the service of an eternally restarted tradition: that of authentic wines with character.
Since 2015, Serge's eldest son Louis has joined them, followed by his brother Vincent a few years later. They represent the 5th generation of winemakers at the Domaine.
The Domaine began its conversion to Organic Agriculture in 2019. The wines will be certified organic from the 2022 vintage.
