The winemaker

Documents show that this family, later known as the Crozals Brescou-grown wine since the 17th century. Around 1750, the Domain extended over 60 hectares, half of which were planted with vines. One hundred years later, the Domaine de BRESCOU was one of the main altar wine suppliers throughout France. The estate has always been attentive to new techniques and has always produced high quality wine for centuries. The BRESCOU Domain extends its 30 hectares on the hillsides sloping to the Languedoc, about 25 km from the sea between Montpellier and Béziers. There, a privileged land, served by a favorable climate, produces excellent wines from noble grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Grenache, Pinot Noir and Syrah. For white wines, vintage wines such as Chardonnay and Viognier were selected.
