The winemaker

The manual harvest, the meticulous winemaking, very gentle pressing in the former (hydraulic press), the successive breeding lightning barrel, bottling in the same area, are the various testimonies. However, all the latest technology in terms of vineyard management and winemaking are used when they strengthen the quality of the wines obtained. Thus we egrappons the harvest, we are equipped with temperature controlled vats, and that our wine is the subject of analytical monitoring and regular organoleptic. This one purpose: "Natural and beneficial, wine should remain primarily a pleasure for those who enjoyed it."
