The winemaker

The family estate has made its bed of schist soils, very acidic, which are in the valley of Orb and Jaur: the 50 hectares that make up the fall in 9 towns and were planted with conventional varieties, Grenache, Syrah , Mourvèdre and carignan, it emerges wine very characteristics of their soil, whether perfumed white or very typical red, which is served regularly until the completion of their maturation. This family of winemakers father, mother and son, intends to enjoy the beautiful location of Vieussan to live well and want to discover its benefits through its products. So they are engaged in direct selling since 1968, and especially in the restructuring of vineyards and the cellar: the wine they offer has become a major tourist attraction in the region.
