    In a few words ...

A benchmark for rosé crémants! The wine is aged on laths for between 12 and 15 months, then cellared to encourage the development of secondary aromas and the finesse of the bubbles through yeast autolysis. A short ageing period preserves varietal aromas while maintaining freshness. Première Bulle owes its name to the first sparkling wine created in 1531 at Saint-Hilaire Abbey in the Limoux appellation.
