In a few words ...
On the hillside opposite the restaurant Rombeau planted a collection of white grape varieties. This slope is always well supplied with water, even in the driest summers, preserving the freshness and fruitiness of the grapes. An old parcel of Grenache Gris, formerly dedicated to Rivesaltes its strength and grain. The grapes are vinified separately and fermented in new barrels between three and four months.

The color of this cuvée is a brilliant golden yellow.

The aromas open elegantly with white, exotic fruits, heady flowers and fine toasted notes.

Full-bodied on the palate, supported by fine oak, spices, vanilla, fleshy, ripe white and yellow fruits, a zest of apricot, honey and citrus...we're right in the Roussillon.
