Origin This cuvée is a blend of the mosaic of our terroirs in Catalonia. The Syrah comes from the pebbly soils of the maritime terroirs overlooking the Mediterranean. The Carignan comes from the Aspres terroir in the foothills of the Pyrenees, and the Grenache from the black schist of the Agly valley. Yield 35 hl /ha. Average age of vines 35 years old Elaboration Hand-picked. Sorting on recep... tion. Traditional vinification with cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation and maceration for 21 days. 20% of the wine matured in 1-year-old French oak barrels. 80% aged in vats with weekly stirring of the fine lees. Read more

Lovely nose of red fruit, lovely intensity and freshness.

Full-bodied, supple and well-balanced on the palate. The tannins are coated and pleasant. Good length.
