"vieilles vignes" brings us closer to the magic of the estate's great cuvées ("le clos des fées", of course, but also the highly confidential "petite sibérie"): this selection of vines, some of which are over a hundred years old, gives birth to a naturally concentrated wine, but whose silky tannins allow it to be appreciated a little earlier. Perfect after three years, this cuvée will age happily ... for at least 10 years. this 2010 vintage is particularly successful at the domaine: like "le clos des fées", "vieilles vignes" presents beautiful aromas, dominated by fruit, and remarkable balance. A superb cuvée, to be enjoyed now and for a long time to come! 50% grenache, 35% carignan, 15% syrah. A blend of the estate's oldest vines (50 to 100 years old). Clay-limestone soils, mostly on hillsides. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels of one or two wines, for the majority, with an additional portion aged in traditional concrete vats. Aged for 20 years.
