Hervé Bizeul's signature cuvée. Petite Sibérie comes from a unique 2-hectare plot where the Grenache vines are exposed to a freezing wind for 200 days, hence the name of the cuvée. This allows the wines to concentrate their aromas and brings an absolutely incredible and inimitable freshness. On the palate, an explosion of flavors and textures enchant. Without doubt, La Petite Sibérie is one of Languedoc's finest wines.
