The domaine des schistes is located in the agly valley, in the communes of estagel, tautavel and maury. Jacques and Michaël Sire produce quality wines. The vineyard includes the properties of their parents and grandparents, who used to take their harvests to the cooperative winery. Their first vinification dates back to 1989. The vineyard covers 45 ha.
