Refined and wild, Cuvée Renaissance is vinified in vats, partly with whole grapes (carbonic maceration), partly with successive layers of Syrah and Grenache. Cuvée Renaissance is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Intense garnet-red in color, Cuvée Renaissance seduces with its expressive nose, combining cooked and black fruits with discreet balsamic notes for a subtly oaky wine. A flawless structure for a goldsmith's blend, confirmed by an elegant, concentrated and harmonious palate, resting on lively, velvety tannins. - Syrah 55% - Grenache noir 25%, Carignan - Carignan 10% and Vieilles vignes Mourvèdre 10%.
