Until the middle of the 20th century, the cabanon was a stone shelter on the edge of a vineyard, where the winegrower used to rest at midday, store his tools and feed his horse. ce cabanon is a light, fruity red with plenty of character, to be drunk slightly chilled as an aperitif and a perfect accompaniment to white and red meats and summer grills. equal parts carignan and syrah.

Aroma
The nose reflects the freshness of youth, with light aromas of Morello cherry and strawberry compote, underlined by almost floral touches.
Taste
On the palate, red and black fruits are joined by caramelized apple and licorice on a fine, tight texture. The juvenile tannins are also melting, just nervous enough to bring freshness and lead to a long finish with beautiful bitters.
