In a few words ...
Hector and Juliette are my great-grandparents, the founders of the estate, and this is also the first cuvée created on the estate. This Syrah resembles the wine we love, it has character, it's not just forgotten. The label features a photo of their wedding day.

Appearance
Beautiful, deep cherry color with crimson highlights.
Aroma
The nose is very intense and complex, with notes of jammy fruit mingled with perfectly integrated scents of cocoa and roasting.

Taste
Powerful and warm on the palate, with plenty of body and volume. The tannins are very present from the outset, and their fine grain augurs well for the future.

Simply enormous!!! The nose is woody and complex. There are notes of pepper, spices and cocoa. Power and finesse. Superb

Excellent. It delighted my guests. Lots of aromas, full-bodied, long on the palate, in short a very pleasant wine. Only one regret: the alcohol content is too high (14.5° on the label). Unfortunately, with global warming, all wines are suffering.
