    In a few words ...

A L'IMPROVISTE This wine is a symbol, a symbol of renewal, of a Languedoc that, far from the almost Kolkhozian inertia that has governed it for too long, is not afraid to take on challenges, to give itself the means to realize its dreams. Born in the mid-90s, Cuvée n°3 symbolizes Castelmaure's vocation to unite energies and desires. "It's not a winery," said one of our friends recently, "it's a club for meetings! And God knows, there's plenty of that in Cuvée n°3... First and foremost, there's this encounter, this love affair between winegrowers, a village and its terroir. Against all odds, united around l'Altesse (Patrick de Marien NDLR) and the bearded one (Bernard Pueyo). Then came the others, Dominique Laurent and Michel Tardieu, the Burgundian with the highest parker rating and the gourmet Provencal, a sublime connoisseur of southern wines. Add to this the beginning of Vincent Pousson's graphic, photographic and poetic deliriums, and you get this unreal cuvée which, since the 98 vintage, has toured the world.
