A child of Catalan soil, augustin was born into a large family well known in roussillon and recognized in the world of wine. In 2014, augustin parcé decided to return to his native region and open a new chapter in his life by creating his own estate in the family tradition. After working for three years on the land of his childhood, he set off to explore the rows of vines in different terroirs of the French vineyards to learn about his future career. He first worked for jean thévenet in quintaine, then for frédéric mugnier in chambolle and finally for pierre borie in boutenac, before returning. today, augustin manages a 7-hectare vineyard on the collioure terroir. From his first vintage in 2015 to the present day, augustin has worked hard to produce, with consistency and character, a signature product that is a pleasure to find every year in all his cuvées. Elegant, fine, well-balanced wines, some of them powerful, all well representative of the great wines of Collioure.
