Wine Collioure

The Roussillon region once again attracts our attention with a little-known appellation that promises great emotion: Collioure. A small vineyard of 500 hectares between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees, producing 70% red wine. Appellation Collioure

The white wines, a blend of Grenache Gris and Grenache Blanc, go well with Mediterranean cuisine because of their substance. The rosés are rich and powerful; they are gastronomic rosés. The reds (Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Syrah) are tannic, robust, and sunny... To be kept for several years in the cellar, for an elegant refinement.
