The winemaker

The Clot de l'Oum vineyard

Planted on a mixed terroir (granite, schist and gneiss) between 350 and 600 meters altitude, the 12 hectares benefit from a cool, dry climate. Syrah, carignan, grenache noir and gris, mourvèdre and macabeu are hand-harvested in low yields: 15 to 20 hl/ha.

The wines of Clot de l'Oum

The estate offers several red and white wines in AOP Côtes-du-Roussillon and Côtes-du-Roussillon Villages Caramany, characterized by moderate degrees and reasoned sulfiting.
