The winemaker

Because it is their passion for the divine juice of the grape that led Christine and Nicolas Dornier, both oenologists, to create in 2004 associated with Laurence and Christophe Dornier, Clos des Vins d'Amour. This area, in the heart of the terroir of Maury, 30 km from Perpignan, consists of three islands enjoying different exposures. Grenache white, gray, black and carignan, vinified alone or assembled Syrah or Mourvedre, give birth to appellation wines Maury, dry and mild marked by the minerality of the schist soils of this part of the Roussillon vineyards.
