The winemaker

The lands of Château Ollieux Romanis have been home to vines since Roman times. However, the estate didn't specialize in vines until the 11th century, under the impetus of the Durban-Latreille family. Today, Pierre Bories is at the head of the estate, located in Ollieux. He uses methods that respect the terroir of the 66-hectare estate. It will still be a few years before the torch is passed between the two generations, but Hippolyte, Capucine, Aristide and Théodore are already ready to ensure their father's continuity.
