The winemaker

Apart from this singular source, the Château Fonsalade estate benefits from a good climate and a clay terroir where several grape varieties cohabit, including Mourvèdre, Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. These vines are typical of the Languedoc landscape. Chateau Fonsalade offers red (appellation contrôlée St Chinian), rosé and white wines, depending on the vintage. All of them offer a wide range of food pairings, but you could discover the estate with the Petit Bonheur rosé, ideal as an aperitif. And don't miss out on the Félix Culpa red, the finest wine in the range.
