The winemaker
Château Chenaie, with its AOP Faugères label, is above all a family affair, that of the Chaberts. Winegrowers from father to son, most of their vines are at least 35 years old. This history gives the wines produced by the estate an inimitable taste of terroir. Particularly noteworthy is the fresh, light cuvée "Face à la Mer", made from 80% Grenache and 20% Carignan, ideal with desserts. The domaine also offers a fine white called "Les Douves Blanches". Composed of 70% Roussanne and 30% Viognier, this wine is both fresh and invigorating.
