The winemaker

The field of Bousquette was owned by Abbey Foncaude until the French Revolution. At that time it was acquired by the Sieur Moustelou Cessenon was succeeded by a long line of winemakers whose Fabre-Ginoulhac family that in occupied until 1996. It's very early, already in 1972, the field of Bousquette adheres to the "Nature and Progress" charter, and is regularly certified by Ecocert for organic farming without chemical fertilizers, no herbicides, no pesticides. In 1996, attracted by the region, Eric and Isabelle Perret, Swiss winemakers, passionate also organically grown, took over the field and gradually restructure to become one of the jewels of the appellation.
