Hand-picked and sorted in low-yield vineyards. Long fermentation lasting 24 to 28 days. Partial aging for 12 months in oak barrels and half muids of 3 wines (Taransaud, Orion - over 12 months for 40% of volumes) to preserve the balance of this complex wine, combining fine aromas and Mediterranean spice flavors.
