In a few words ...
Made from 90% traditional Blanquette grapes, to give it body and roundness, and 10% Chardonnay, which gives it aromatic power, freshness and suppleness on the finish. Méthode Traditionnelle: Temperature-controlled first fermentation in vats, blending of several years' harvests, aging on lees in bottles for 2/3 years, manual riddling and disgorging on the fly.
