The winemaker
Located in Couffoulens, near Carcassonne, Domaine d'Oustric offers both red and white wines, which are rather dry and powerful on the palate. The grape varieties used are varied, and include mainly Chardonnay, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache. The Sileo and Léo cuvées are the most popular, and go perfectly with red meat or goat's cheese.
