62CL SIZE Geographical location: A quality terroir, the Château-Chalon PDO covers a small area of the Jura. Only yellow wines made from the Savagnin grape are produced here. Vinification: After being harvested, the grapes are pressed directly and fermented under controlled temperatures. The wine is then aged in barrels for 6 years under veil.
